Currently Dolphin in Intrepid doesn't have the opportunity to open or
edit files as root, making this bug non-applicable. The wishlist for
such a service menu is bug 224436.

I've tried this patch on hardy alpha 5 and it doesn't fix it for me.
Does it fix it for anyone else?

If any one wants to know how to apply the patch then do this:
1.save the applied patch in ur home directory as "patch_d3lphin.diff"
2.open terminal and type in these commands:
cd /usr/share/apps/d3lphin/servicemenus
sudo patch -p1 < ~/patch_d3lphin.diff
Thats it, the patch should be done now.
