The trunk branch is a reboot, and doesn't seem to have any history
prior to 2014... There are some branches on lp from 2013, so I will dig
around those to see if I can find the original committer of the various
files.

Please note that all contributors signed the contributor license
agreement, so we can probably put these files under the same umbrella as
the rest in debian/copyright (or add the copyright header in the source
files directly).
The authors themselves should be all traceable from the bzr log.
