I'm not sure how much this is needed in Ubuntu Mitaka. It seems from the commit message this is triggered mostly by movement of pci_passthrough_whitelist from the [DEFAULT] section of nova.conf to the [pci] section in ocata, where it was renamed to passthrough_whitelist. -- You received this bug
