Add the line "net.ipv6.conf.eth0.use_tempaddr = 2" (with "eth0" being
the network inferface) to "/etc/sysctl.d/10-ipv6-privacy.conf"

If I boot back into kernel version 3.13.0-96, the problem disappears.
With the prior kernel version 3.13.0-98 I have the same problem as with version
3.13.0-100 (but I think I just did not notice that this problem also occured
