I tried to change the display settings and...
Appearance Preference: "Desktop effects could not be enabled"
I changed user and, well, it works!
How can I fix the problem with my original user?
I have to admit that I'm not very skilled :-)

do you have desktop effects activated?, maybe it's overwritten the keybinding,
are you able to reproduce this issue with a new user?
