Public bug reported: Binary package hint: unixodbc
Hi, I use unixODBC to connect with a Oracle database. But present version (2.2.11) in ubuntu, don't work with oracle 11g odbc client. See changelog http://www.unixodbc.org "Add a couple of unicode fixes suppled by Oracle" With my fedora fc7 laptop and unixODBC 2.2.12 I can work; with ubuntu Feisty and unixODBC 2.2.11 I get: "undefined symbol: SQLGetPrivateProfileStringW" I tried to compile unixODBC 2.2.12, therefore due to dependencies I cannot remove 2.2.11 version. Please fix it.
