given that twill now depends on pyparsing and mechanize and clientform
is gone I'm marking this fixed

Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed
I agree with: System provided packages should be used whenever possible
to avoid duplicate code maintenance.
I can't agree with lets wait until 'until that one of them' is
upgraded before uploading twill; which makes the code duplication
necessary, as you won't have a fully functioning twill
I added affects to the binary packages; that was dumb.
