Public bug reported: I restart the computer, and went he start the session... My desktop got all /Home/"user"/ folder on it. No shortcut. Now, that look like them the computer lose the desktop configuration and copy the user folder to it. And all folders from my desktop (my original desktop), are unreachable. The nautilus don't see any difference at all between my user folder (/home/user) and the desktop.
And now, all the system is really really slow.... System: Ubuntu 7.10 -- Kernel linux 2.6.22-14-generic -- Gnome 2.20.1 I will try to reinstall without formating, but i hope than you can fix that bug. The product it's really good, it's a shame this kind of bug.
