Public bug reported:

Rebase to a kernel that supports trusted computing event log passing via
kexec (anticipate 4.9). Also, enable the feature in the kconfig:

CONFIG_HAVE_IMA_KEXEC=y

That option signals that the architecture supports the IMA_KEXEC feature.
The option which actually enables it is CONFIG_IMA_KEXEC.

The patches have been on linux-next for more than a month already, so they got 
a wide exposure.
They shouldn't break anything.
