Hello ChristianEhrhardt, or anyone else affected,
Accepted dpdk into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dpdk/16.07.2-0ubuntu0.16.10.1 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new
Zesty has the stable release and things there are working as expected.
So we have tests in Y, tests in Z, upload in Z, ... ready to upload the MRE to
the queue.
In the SRU/MRE queue as dpdk_16.07.2-0ubuntu0.16.10.1 now.
Since Zesty already has the dpdk_16.07.2.orig.tar.gz I discussed on
FYI - the zesty upload (which contained way more changes out of the
deb_dpdk packaging on top) failed autopkgtest due to a ppc64el
dependency.
That came from the test being valid if ppc64el is enabled, which it will
be in this cycle, but it is not yet. I already uploaded a fix to the
test, but
