Public bug reported:
After migrating to Xenial, alarm clock fails to play any music. Clicking
on 'Play' results in message "Could not play" "file:///<file name>: Your
Gstreamer installation is missing a plug in". The latest ubuntu-extra
and Ubuntu-addon are installed.
