Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with mir, the Thunderbird window is sometimes mostly
blacked out after waking my laptop from sleep.

This happens randomly, and sometimes temporarily corrects itself when
switching applications or virtual desktops, but not very often.
Quitting and restarting the application does fix the issue.

I'm not entirely certain that is is a Thunderbird bug and not a bug in
mir, but Thunderbird seems to be the only application where this
happens.

Thunderbird version is 1:45.5.1+build1-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
Processor is Intel® Core™ i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz × 4
Graphics is Intel Haswell

I've attached a screenshot.
