Steps to reproduce:

 1) On a touch device, browse to 
http://blogs.sitepointstatic.com/examples/tech/full-screen/index2.html and tap 
on the squirrel to make it go fullscreen
 2) Pull down the indicators bar (partially or completely)

Expected result: the browser (when loosing active focus) exits
fullscreen mode

Current result: it doesn’t exit fullscreen mode.

This works as expected in OTA-14 (the latest stable image as of this
writing) but not in rc-proposed, and the most likely change that would
have introduced this regression is support for multiple windows:
