Hello, I am running:

(K)Ubuntu 16.10
4.8.0-37-generic #39-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 26 02:27:07 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 
x86_64 GNU/Linux

There has been found a bug in 4.8, which causes kernel call trace when I
connect third USB HDD to a USB hub. After the trace, kswapd0 process
uses 100% of CPU.

The bug has been fixed in 4.10. Is it possible to roll out new kernel
packages, please?
