ok. The window border and the close button work!
The "workspace switch window" (Ctrl + Alt + Right/Left) shows the same

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kaihengfeng/lp1292830
$ sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
Then reboot and try.
If that works, please mark this one as duplicate.
