I won't disagree with that, but it's an unscheduled thing. I filed
against notify-osd as it's what is providing the
org.freedesktop.Notifications interface currently. There is no way in
the spec to specify how private something is, so we'd need to add some
custom X-property for that I think. It wou

be, so that the queued notifications are there once the session is
unlocked.
