Tamil 99 keyboard layout

Well, the ibus-m17n package does provide a tamil99 input method, so
unless I'm missing something, you can install ibus-m17n, relogin, and
add the "Tamil (tamil99 (m17n))" input source.
One thing that could be done is to let language-selector's pkg_depends
pull ibus-m17n when the Tamil language is

Tamil99 is an important keyboard layout. Please add them natively for
typing. Its already available in apple natively.
I can do any help in keyboard mapping. Kindly let me know how to add
this keyboard layout.

refer to http://www.kaniyam.com/ibus/ for installation instructions.
In the long term Tamil99 should be added as the default for Tamil, or at
least as an option in default installation.
