Public bug reported: Tried to upgrade 14.04 to 16.04 from a USB onto an Intel NUC. Gave an error at the end about grub failing to install and won't be able to boot.
Tried again, instead of upgrading, reformatted / partition and installed, same error. This is the automatically generated error, not sure what happens from here. Will try again, reformatting boot partition as well.
