The log from the forum post indicates this was a bug in the content
interface (fixed in https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/pull/3204). So
this should be fixed by now with an update to snapd via the deb.

"journalctl -u snapd" gives very old logs.
I tried "journalctl -u snapd.socket":
