Yes bluez is the common Bluetooth stack for Linux desktop.
It's possible other packages are also involved in this bug, but many
people are reporting similar issues so this is likely to get merged into
some other existing Bluetooth bug.

kdebluetooth as bluez doesn't show when you search for bluetooth
