Public bug reported:

Please sync laptop-detect 0.13.8 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * rebuild rest of main for armel armv7/thumb2 optimization;

  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - lpia has dmidecode as well, update debian/control to reflect that

The delta marked a dependency (dmidecode) as also available for the lpia
architecture.
I'm not that familiar with the architecture, but it looks like Ubuntu dropped
supported for it quite some time ago. Dmidecode itself dropped a similar delta
with support for lpia, but this was dropped during the lucid cycle, see bug
495748.

Changelog entries since current artful version 0.13.7ubuntu2:

      - DH level to 10.
      - Dropped CDBS.
  * debian/clean: added to remove a file created by build process.

      - Added ${misc:Depends} variable to Depends field.
      - Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
