I think he means you need to physically disassemble the trackpad.

Cypress PS/2 Trackpad not working
It seems strange. I can scroll up or down with two fingers on my trackpad only
when one finger stays still and the other finger move up or down. Any I need to
run commands below to make this happen.
sudo modprobe -r psmouse
sudo modprobe psmouse proto=imps

Tried them all, none of them works with two-finger scrolling. With fsp and
cypress, I got no moving cursor, hgpk is not available, except for these, I got
all work normal except for the two-finger scrolling function. Any fix?

@kaihengfeng I installed the udev and libudev packages you provided but
I got two errors during installation. After installing these two
packages I rebooted, and the trackpad is still not working, I cannot
make the trackpad work anymore, even with the two commands above that
used to do the magic. A
@kaihengfeng I also have wifi connection issue which you can check out
the WifiSyslog.txt. Failed to authenticate to any wireless network with
rtl8xxxu driver module.
