Unity's Diagnostics subpanel is provided by activity-log-manager- control-center. There's a standalone version provided by activity-log- manager. (For code, See src/diagnostic-widgets.c) activity-log-manager is mostly about configuring zeitgeist, but GNOME doesn't really use zeitgeist. I think the
