commit checks for the existence of the missing file instead of adding a

I can confirm that installing ubuntu-sounds fixes the issue reported at

I have to ask though, is adding an extra dependency on a GNOME package
the correct solution for Kubuntu? Isn't there some desktop-agnostic way
