Public bug reported: Booted from artful and wanted to upgrade my 16.04 basic install. System has two drives, one containing Ubuntu 16.04, the other contains Windows 10.
It popped up an error about not being able to mount /boot/efi, screenshot attached. Then it hung during "Removing conflicting operating system files..."
