I believe you have simply created a second EFI system partition.
Windows and Solus "Linux Boot Manager" are on the one drive, and Ubuntu
is on the other. Try choosing the "Linux Boot Manager" option and see
if that gets you Solus.

So this image shows what is seen after boot options are selected for my
PC. The M.2 is the NVME drive that is somehow names Sumsung 840, when it
should be 960.
Further when the EFI partition is mounted there are two folders, one
called Boot, which is the windows boot launcher, the another is ubunt
