@Pander - Why not. Inkscape issues on BountySource don't have too much
success for now (no paid out issue) but who knows.

This feature request is also valid for SVG which are generated by other
application and are initally loaded into Inkscape for previewing and,
when finalised, Inkscape is used for post production.
Please offer file changed on disk notification with reload option.
