Public bug reported:
In latest Artful (2017-09-08 daily), when selecting a keymap using the
assited keymap detection feature, the keymap is set in ubiquity in the
following screens, but it is not set in the final install.
Step to reproduce:
1. begin install
2. on the keymap selection screen, use the autodetection feature
3. on the next screen (user name, password), the chosen keymap is used
4. finish the install and reboot
5. keymap is not used but querty is used instead
