Based on my irc conversation with Dariusz... it seems like Debian and
Ubuntu devel release (bionic) only has half of the upstream commit. Only
fixing "count.c" and not "rd_stats.c".
Seems like there is a potential of 2 separate segfault scenario depending on
sadc usage:
