bars *except* the default bar where the back, forward buttons and so
on lie. Try it.

I created a new user and I still can confirm this bug. To help you
understand the problem I made a small screencast. Watch the order of the
tags test1, test2, test3, test4. I can only move test1 to the last
place. If I drop the tag before, it moves back to it's original
position.

3) Open Bookmarks - Edit Bookmarks
4) Click on a Topic - Activate Show on toolbar
5) Check that the toolbar is activated View - Toolbars - Show Topic1,
