marking fix released On 8/21/2019, the git repo was updated for this
test. It properly uses the upstream version now. Since then this test
has been passing on Azure.

I believe this test is passing on our supported bare metal kernels as
well as their linux-azure counterparts now.
These are the kernels whose results I looked at on the Jenkins server:

* 4.15.0-68.77
* 4.4.0-167.196
* 5.3.0-1006.6 (azure)
* 5.0.0-1024.25
