Public bug reported: Of the 1474 files specified in http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04/ubuntu-16.04.3-server-amd64.jigdo needed to assemble ubuntu-16.04.3-server-amd64.iso 210 of those files are missing from http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/
