It's about the glue-sprite package (sudo apt install glue-sprite).
The latest version of glue-sprite (0.11.1) does not work due to the dependency:
Python package (/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/glue-0.11.1.egg-info) depends on 
Jinja2>=2.7,<2.8 (requires.txt) but there is no appropriate version

/etc/apt$ sudo dpkg -l | grep jinj
ii  python3-jinja2                       2.8-1                          all     
     small but fast and easy to use stand-alone template engine

So the dependancy is "Jinja2>=2.7,<2.8" but the latest version is 2.8-1
!
