Well I don’t use Muon but it come by default with Kubuntu 17.10. I think
apt-xapian-index is also a dependency of kubuntu-driver-manager package
that come by default too.

Don't use Muon, it's unmaintained and obsolete in favor of Discover,
which doesn't use apt-xapian-index.
