the fix landed in 18.04 but I am running 18.04 and when I use Virt-
Manager to Clone an existing Ubuntu VM... that new VM gets the same IP
address as the original VM still.
$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.

Verified that adding "dhcp-identifer: mac" to the configuration at the same
level as "dhcp4: true" lead to the system idenfying itself with its MAC address
instead of a DUID to the DHCP server.
