I've tried to reproduce your problem with Hardy and Gutsy in both cases
it works fine, that's not a bug rather something broken in your
configuration. Also tried with Epiphany and Firefox, thanks.

Why that? A video that can be watched in totem without problems, is not shown
when totem-mozilla tries to open it. So, totem-mozilla should either not care
about .ogg files at all and hand those links to firefox (which will
automatically suggest to play the file in totem and everything is fine)
