What I can say for now:
My system version is currently Ubuntu 22.04, kernel 5.15.0-134 and I can no
longer repeat this behaviour.
Further I have noticed that there might be this new entry in the syslog
immediately after kernel hibernation exit:
... systemd-resolved[]: Clock change detect
Is this an issue on newer releases? From a first read it sounds like a
CLOCK_MONOTONIC vs CLOCK_BOOTTIME issue or something.
