Public bug reported:

This could be a bit more tricky than usual.
We have these left:
$ reverse-depends --release=bionic src:dpdk | grep 17.05
* collectd [amd64 i386]         (for librte-ethdev17.05)
* collectd [amd64 i386]         (for librte-eal17.05)
* librte-pmd-tap17.05           (for librte-eal17.05)
* librte-pmd-tap17.05           (for librte-ethdev17.05)
* librte-pmd-tap17.05           (for librte-mempool17.05)
* librte-pmd-tap17.05           (for librte-kvargs17.05)
* librte-pmd-tap17.05           (for librte-net17.05)
* librte-pmd-thunderx-nicvf17.05  (for librte-ethdev17.05)
* librte-pmd-thunderx-nicvf17.05  (for librte-eal17.05)
* librte-pmd-thunderx-nicvf17.05  (for librte-mempool17.05)
* librte-sched17.05             (for librte-eal17.05)
* librte-sched17.05             (for librte-mempool17.05)
* librte-table17.05             (for librte-eal17.05)
* librte-table17.05             (for librte-acl17.05)
* librte-table17.05             (for librte-hash17.05)
* librte-table17.05             (for librte-lpm17.05)

Which seems a trivial no change rebuild.
But IIRC Debian removed the package for other reasons - so I should investigate
the case before doing so.

** Affects: collectd (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
