Thats why its good practice to check the bug status and assigner and set

I added the manpage to my branch (~rainct/ubuntu-dev-tools/dev), and
also added Albert to the Authors and Copyright Holders lists. If any
MOTU would like to merge it, feel free to do so, I've made no dangerous
changes; otherwise I'll ask once there some more new stuff.

That looks fine! I'd just change the bugs section to point to

Also, you don't need to compress it. dh_installman will do it for you.
And for getting this in, subscribe u-u-s, and ask them to include this
in the ubuntu-dev-tools bzr bran
Emilio, can you please test read the attached man page?
If the man page is correct, should I attach a debdiff and go through u-u-s or
will the man page be included in another upload for ubuntu-dev-tools (I see one
bug in progress and another fix committed)?
