Hello, from the login screen issue you mentioned it sounds like a video driver issue. Can you try to boot 16.04.1 LTS version to see if it works? BTW, there is a bug in 17.10 (bug 1734147), your model is not on the list but it's still worthy to take a note here. -- You received this bug
