Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.11 with Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy. When uploading a
file (.jpg) to MediaWiki 1.4.4., after selecting a file, when entering
text in the Summary field, I enter a hostname, i.e.
"hostname.domain.com". Firefox immediately shuts-down when I type the
second "." . I can reproduce the problem ad nausium on my Ubuntu
machine. I cannot duplicate the problem on my Windows XP machine or on
a Mac running OS X.

I'm thinking of rolling back to 2.0.0.9 - please advise.
