I thought I had mentiond this already, but apparently I haven't. For me
the redraw issues only occur with this kernel (and newer), if the output
is rotate (left/right).

To manage
hibernate also does not work with kernel 4.13.0-26:
Rebooting looks ok, I can see the resuming kernel messages, but then it
results in a blank black screen. Ctrl-Alt-Del does not work, I have to
power off.

WiFi problem with 4.13.0-26 generic:

by Ulli.
