I can confirm that v2.21.4 can manage SSH keys again.

[hardy] seahorse no longer manages ssh keys
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: seahorse
version seahorse 2.21.3
until gutsy i used to use seahorse to manage may pgp keys and ssh keys,
sinc with servers, and add them to remote servers to connect via ssh
without pass.
on hardy it only manages PGP keys.
