Public bug reported:

Currently cntlm calls syslog with LOG_DEBUG for each connect, get, post,
etc it makes to the proxy server. This is annoying because it keeps
systemd's journal full of uninteresting messages making finding relevant
ones more difficult. Besides that it should be considered a privacy
issue as well because it keeps records of the times, HTTP operations and
URLs.

There is no easy way too disable it and it should be at least
configurable and not default.
