Public bug reported:
I just upgraded to transmission-daemon 2.84-3ubuntu3.1 and I can no
longer use the webui (or android clients) to access transmission.
transmission-remote on the machine works fine. The server running
transmission-daemon is on a local network on the same subnet as the
android and webui clients.
