changed:

to
"rpc-host-whitelist-enabled": false,
And also:
"rpc-whitelist-enabled": false,
to
"rpc-whitelist-enabled": true,
And its working fine now... This seems to imply my whiteli

It seems the patch touched new settings the may causing this issue.
Are your clients using authentication?
Seems you either needs the clients to be configured to use password auth or set
a host whitelist with this new configuration.
Can you try that and see if it fix?
