Commit 09ca4c9b5958 introduced a bug in v4.8-rc2. The bug is that
an error happens in CPU frequency reporting when nominal and min pstates
are the same (cpufreq). Commit 3fa4680b8 fixes this issue.
The bug is in progress, thus the fix for this issues is not yet available for
testing.
When it is available, there will be a comment on this bug report, calling for
testing and listing exact version number of the kernel which includes the fix.
