Since the frequency of this looping is very random and since I have perhaps
4 extensions your approach will probably take awhile to try and confirm; reason
being sometimes the looping occurs 5-6 times in a single day and sometimes it
can be 5-6 days before it starts up again.

firefox extensions are the cause for the majority of bugs reported
against firefox.
To check that the bug you are seeing is actually a firefox one (and not
an extension one), please disable your extensions one-by-one (restart
firefox in between) until there is either no enabled extension
This problem is one that requires me to shutdown all browser sessions
before being able to restart the browser without it immediately
beginning it's never ending blank page looping. Although I still don't
know why this is happening I have made an effort to better understand
and sometimes
