Same here on 18.04, causing a Qualcomm QCA9880 3x3ac card to not even
show up in lspci. ath10k driver is gone as well.

Just rebooted with 4.13.0-41-generic kernel, everything working fine
again. Clearly 4.15.0-20-generic is at fault here.
