This sort of inconsistency shouldn't happen on mirrors which use the
recommended 2-stage sync: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors/Scripts
Currently cn.archive.ubuntu.com is redirected to us.archive.ubuntu.com,
so if the latter works for you, the former should also. I've just
confirmed that I can depl
seems repo works now :).
But still need to update system date to be several hours late. :)

After installing 18.04 beta1, apt update will fail.

+ Solution: After changing system time 10 hours later, passed. Seems old image
point to new release. But don't come across this issue before.
